By submitting the order form or sending payment the client agrees to accept the following terms and conditions. The entire contents of this website is the copyright of Xronix Graphics and may not be reproduced without permission. All rights reserved.

Payment

Payment must be made using a valid credit card. If you like better to using any other method of payment, then email us. All prices are quoted in US Dollars. No hidden charges. Initial payment must be verified before starting designing work. When payment has been verified then we will be sent a confirmation email. This will normally take 10-12 hours of within one business day.

 

Initial Concepts and Revisions in Artwork

All contact will occurs over the Internet through our Support Centre. Your initial variations will be ready in 1-2 business days, depending on the work of your project.

1 to 3 designers will work together on your initial logo design concepts, depending on the package you choose.

Xronix Graphics will deliver unlimited revisions to your project. And there is no color restrictions. Xronix Graphics will deliver unlimited revisions of your project until you are 100% satisfied all Packages. Revision cycles take in 24-hour or 1 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of your requested changes.

Client shall have 30 days to respond to each set of concepts/revisions submitted to Client for review. If we do not hear back from client for more than 30 days, Xronix Graphics will assume the project complete and the project shall be deemed to be complete. Some projects are completed in 2-5 days while others can take months to complete.

 

Approval of Concepts

The design process will terminate when the client gives final approval of a logo & stationery design or web design concept. This will normally be done through our Support Centre or email (if in case of any problem).

Upon completion of your logo design project, Your final Package of Logo, Stationery or Web Design will be zipped and sent to download through 3 rd Party website (www.yousendit.com), You can download your package (zip file) within for 7 days.

 

These final files will be included:

You can choose to download it from internet or asked for CD. We charge to deliver artwork in CD US$35.

Xronix Graphics will save the copies of your packages, if you lose it then send a email at (support@xronix.com), we will send it to you again timely without any charges (If you need CD, you have to pay postal charges).

 

OWNERSHIP/COPYRIGHTS

On completion of the design process, the ownership and copyright of the final logo and stationery is automatically transferred to the client. Unapproved draft logo designs shall remain the copyright of Xronix Graphics. We keep the rights to put approved logo , stationery and web layout in Xronix Graphics website for samples.

 

Refund Policy

The refund policy will NOT take effect:

  1. If you have approved your logo.
  2. If you have requested revisions or redraw
  3. If the company we are making the logo for closes, changes their name, or their activity.
  4. If the project was closed for reason unrelated to our design.
  5. If we do not hear back from you for more than 30 days.
